Reworking and improving web site for the Orient Office

Kontorikaubad.ee (Orient Office) is an online store offering a wide range of office supplies, furniture, electronics, and much more. We began our work with an already operating store, but during our collaboration with the website client, we made several significant improvements.

At the client's request, we conducted a series of important tasks:

1. Design Theme Update: We updated the site's design theme to make it more modern and user-friendly. The new theme gives the website a fresh look and makes navigation simpler and more enjoyable.
2. Warehouse Integration with External Suppliers: This integration has significantly expanded the range of products available. Now, customers of the store can choose from an even larger selection of products available for order.
3. Migration to the New Drupal Version: We carried out extensive work to migrate the system from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. This updated version is currently being tested on the Finnish version of the store, orientoffice.fi. The new platform offers enhanced features and ensures a more stable and secure operation of the site.
4. Code Optimization and Functional Improvements: A substantial amount of work was done to optimize the code, speed up page loading times, and make the site more user-friendly. All these improvements help store customers find the products they need more quickly and complete their purchases with ease.

We continue to work on improving the service so that visitors to the site have a satisfying experience when shopping.
