Drupal website maintenance and support
Has your Drupal site gone without updates for a long time? We can take care of it
If your website runs on Drupal, we can help with maintenance, troubleshooting, and further development.
The technical work is handled by Stepan Teus, director of Revelan OΓ. He has over 15 years of experience with Drupal development and holds an Acquia Certified Developer certification. You work directly with the developer β no middlemen or unnecessary layers of management.
We take existing Drupal sites (8β11) under full maintenance:
- installing updates
- fixing site problems
- reviewing and fixing security issues
- improvements and small fixes

Maintenance is regular work β not "call us when something breaks"
Every item is written down. You know in advance what we do on a schedule and what is a separate task.
π Core and module updates
Drupal core and modules β on an agreed rhythm (monthly, quarterly, or on request). Before the work, we send a short overview: what will change and why.
π‘οΈ Security fixes
When Drupal or a popular module releases a security fix β we install it right away. We don't wait for a "quiet week".
β Check after updates
We walk through key pages, forms, the cart, the user account, and filters. If an update broke something β we fix it within the agreed scope.
πΎ Backups
We check that a backup is actually created and can be restored. We don't promise "a copy is always there" if the hosting is yours and we don't have full access.
π§ Small tasks
Fix a form, a Views display, a translation, a broken block, add a small module, configure a widget. We don't hide these tasks inside the monthly fee.
π¬ Direct communication
If a task actually grows into a project (new design, major version upgrade, complex integration) β we agree the extra work separately.
Who this is a good fit for
π’ Drupal site owners
Your Drupal 8, 9, 10, or 11 site is running, but nobody handles updates β and you're worried it will go down tomorrow or get hacked.
π€ If the developer disappeared
The code is unfamiliar, and you're afraid to open the admin. You need a team that will take the site over and stay for the long term.
π€ Agencies and IT managers
You need an external Drupal specialist on a regular or hourly basis β without hiring in-house and without a layer of middlemen.
You work with us directly β no middlemen

Sites that stayed under our maintenance
Kontorikaubad.ee / Orientoffice.fi
Drupal online store. Migration 7 β 9 β 10, warehouse and supplier integrations, speed improvements. After launch it stayed on our monthly maintenance.
Drivelux.ee
Driving school website. Core upgrade Drupal 7 β 10, new theme, structure rebuild. Now the site can be maintained calmly, without fear of every update.
How payment works
A Drupal site with 50 modules and a light site with three are very different amounts of work. After a quick check, we'll propose one of three formats.
Monthly maintenance
A fixed amount for regular updates, fixes, and short checks. The scope is written in the contract.
Hourly work
Some months are quiet, some are busy β you pay for the time actually spent, usually 2β12 hours a month.
One-off task
"A form broke" or "need to install a module" β without a monthly subscription.
π° We name an exact amount after looking at the site. Send the address β we'll give a realistic figure.
Three steps β without extra bureaucracy
You write
The site address and what's wrong: long overdue updates, something broke, the developer left.
We review
We assess for free: version, needed updates, risky modules. We say where to start β maintenance, migration, or a one-off fix.
We start
Updates on a schedule; everything else hourly or by separate agreement.
Frequently asked questions
Can I hand over someone else's Drupal site?
Yes. Before we start, we look at the code, database, and structure. If the site is in a state where honest maintenance isn't possible β we'll say so right away, not a month later.
How is this different from outsourcing a developer?
Maintenance is for a live site that must keep working: updates, bugs, small tasks. Outsourcing is when you need a developer on the team for new features. We do both, but this page is about supporting a working site.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one business day. This is not 24/7 emergency support β if the site is down, we treat it as a priority, but without a "reply in 5 minutes" promise.
Will maintenance move the site higher in Google?
No. Updates make the site safer and faster, but search position depends on content, links, and competitors. We don't sell SEO services and don't promise ranking growth.
Can we edit the texts ourselves?
Yes, if you know how to use the admin. We'll show you once β then you edit yourself. No need to call us for every heading.
What if a larger piece of work is needed?
We estimate it separately: new design, complex integration, major version jump. We don't hide that inside the maintenance fee.
Ready to talk about your site?
Send the address and write what's bothering you. We'll look and tell you honestly: whether it can simply go under maintenance;
whether a migration is needed first (especially if it's Drupal 7);
or whether it's a one-off fix.
